Yes, we can! To make things as convenient as possible for you, we offer a service where we pre-apply any non-tamper evident labels to your jars. This is done in-house by our team, ensuring that the labels are applied correctly and consistently. You can easily manage and track your order through our DigiFlow system. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to DigiFlow. Here, you can monitor the progress of your order in real-time, from production to shipping. This ensures transparency and peace of mind, as you'll always know the status of your order.
We unfortunately do not offer returns or refunds on customized boxes or labels, but we do work with you every step of the way before production to ensure you're 100% happy with your packaging.

Shipping
Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.
We promise to ship your order in 11 days or less because we understand that lead times are the biggest unknown for cannabis companies. At Vert we want you to feel confident you're going to get your packaging fast so you can fulfill your retail and dispensary obligations on time, every time.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Yes! We understand the importance of seeing and feeling your product before making a large order. That's why we offer a fast and cost-effective prototype production service. You can get a physical prototype delivered to you in 5 days or less for around $125. This enables you to review the design, quality, and functionality of the packaging before placing a bulk order.

POP VAC
Yes. You can cover the Pop-Vac with a coin style sticker. Although the stainless disk is air tight against the neck of the jar creating the perfect seal, the Child Resistant mechanism in the cap does let air pass between the two layers. Putting a coin style sticker will not affect the vacuum disk at all.
No, there is no need to "crank" the cap on very tightly. When closing the cap, tighten down or rotate the cap only until you hear the "POP" indicator and a snug fit is achieved. "Cranking" down on the lid may damage the inner disk which will eliminate the jars ability to create the vacuum seal.
Yes, POP VAC jars have been certified child resistant by a 3rd party NRTL.
POP VAC's air-tight vacuum mechanism is reusable and will continue to perform for the lifecycle of the product.

Chubby Gorilla lids come equipped with a built in tamper evident ring that activates once the container is filled with product and sealed. When customers open the container, they will have to break the tamper evident band, which occurs naturally on the first opening of the jar.
