When we launched Vert in 2023, we planted our flag in one of the most demanding environments in consumer products. Cannabis. An industry where timelines are compressed, compliance is unforgiving, and there's no room for error.

That environment shaped us. It forced us to build systems that move fast, communicate clearly, and solve problems before they become delays. It made us better at what we do.
And we never stopped moving.

The Problem We Kept Seeing

What We Built

Today we're proud to announce the opening of our digitally enabled packaging manufacturing facility in Longmont, Colorado.

The facility brings domestic pouch and roll stock production online under one roof, built around HP Indigo digital print technology. Lower minimums. Faster lead times. Rapid SKU launches and quicker replenishment cycles. And a clear path into scaled production as demand grows — all through a single packaging partner.

It's the same operational model we built in cannabis, now available to brands across every emerging CPG category.

From 2017 to 2021, Dustin led the development and scaling of North America’s largest manufacturer of digitally printed pouches. That experience ultimately led to the founding of Vert in 2023.
